Calamigos Ranch Events provides unique and unforgettable corporate experiences such as multi-day conferences, authentic product launches, corporate picnics, mixology and pizza making classes, botanical activities, off-road automotive tracks and car displays, and luxurious fashion shows. They also offer a beachfront executive board meeting space, on-site arbitrations and mediations, and bespoke trade shows. They are constantly collaborating to provide new and creative corporate events.
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sous Chef role located in Malibu, CA at Calamigos Ranch Events. The Junior Sous Chef will assist in managing the kitchen, including staff supervision, food production, preparation, and execution. They will also collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Culinary school degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
