We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable brand ambassador to represent the Knockout Beauty Methodology and foster community engagement as the Bridgehampton Assistant Store Manager. This summer position comes with the potential for relocation and advancement within our company in the Fall, in New York City.
We seek a collaborative team player with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a growing business environment, demonstrated by our recent expansion with two new locations outside of the Hamptons. This role entails managing our esthetics program and retail store autonomously, albeit with remote support from management.
Knockout Beauty is a leader in the beauty industry offering a high-end, personalized skincare experience. We invite applications for a full-time store manager from June 2023 to Labor Day 2023, with the opportunity to transition to a year-round role in our New York City location.
Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Drive sales by interacting with clients, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers on the retail floor, offering expert advice on skincare routines and product selections tailored to their individual needs.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, educating clientele on our methodology, creating and maintaining client skincare protocols, and assisting our esthetics program by proactively booking facials and processing treatments.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage, receive vendor orders and troubleshoot discrepancies with the buying team, manage intercompany transfers to maintain healthy stock levels based on analytical data
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive and organized product displays to enhance the customer shopping experience and promote key products.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all store operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and safety protocols, and assist in executing in-store events.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in skincare, new products, and innovative treatments to provide up-to-date information and recommendations.
