```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant floor
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation and service techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Proven ability to interview, hire, train, and motivate staff members
