RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit monthly journal entries promptly.
- Conduct reconciliations of complex balance sheet accounts, exercising judgment; analyze and elucidate month-to-month, year-to-year, and budget-to-actual variances.
- Provide support to the business on matters related to prepaids, accruals, revenues, expenses, and address other journal entry or monthly inquiries as they arise.
- Compile financial data for footnotes and management’s discussion and analysis sections of 10Qs and 10Ks.
- Serve as a point of contact for external auditors during quarterly and annual filings.
- Work closely with the Accounting Manager, internal departments, and external vendors to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Assist management with Ad Hoc projects as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA or CPA in progress preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate accounting and/or public accounting.
