Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Strategic Analyst (Strategy, Plans, Concepts and Doctrine) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Duties:
- Provide analytical support to strategic processes used to develop recommendations for Army Senior Leaders.
- Review and analyze Department of Defense, Joint, and Army strategic documents for strategic planning implications.
- Analyze joint and Army concepts for future force strategic and operational implications.
- Review and participate in the development of joint and Army concepts.
- Assist in development of Army responses to Questions for the Record for Congress.
- Assist in the Army Strategic Planning System (ICW Army Campaign Plan).
- Coordinate and provide strategic input for the Allies and Partners initiatives.
- Assist and create products (info papers, facers, briefs) in support of future force concepts and initiative to include participation in exercises and wargames.
- This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Skills:
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Solid understanding of the U.S Army principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
