General Responsibilities:

Specific Job Duties:
Supporting CFO and Legal Counsel:

Collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Legal Counsel to provide administrative assistance.

Manage their calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.

Assist with contract management, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
Legal Experience and Contract Management:

Leverage your legal background to handle legal documents, contracts, and related administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate records and assist in legal research when necessary.
Accounting Knowledge and Reporting:

Utilize your accounting experience to run and analyze financial reports.

Assist in financial data entry, invoice support gathering, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Insurance Expertise:

Demonstrate familiarity with property, casualty, and cargo insurance.

Handle insurance-related administrative tasks, including claims processing and documentation.

Assist with the annual insurance renewals.
Interpersonal Skills and Professionalism:

As the first point of contact for internal and external visitors and communications, exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

Four-year college degree

Legal experience, contract management
