Job Summary:
As the General Manager, you will lead and motivate our service team, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional visit. Your expertise in both front and back-of-house operations, coupled with a strategic vision, will help drive the restaurant’s success and reputation. Additionally, you will be leading a seamless transition of the dining experience into a vibrant nightlife while maintaining the attraction and retention of patrons. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills and a keen insight into the dynamics of dining and nightlife operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational & Staff Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and nightlife venue.
- Ensure all aspects of the business run smoothly, from kitchen to bar to dining and nightlife with a clear understanding of the transitional operation
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cocktail service, and overall customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of kitchen staff, bartenders, servers, and support staff.
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promote teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to create a vibrant nightlife atmosphere.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and entertainment to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure smooth operations during nightlife hours, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and build strong relationships with regular patrons.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Financial Management:
- Strong inventory management, cost control, and profit margin optimization.
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to increase revenue while reducing expenses.
- Kitchen and Bar Operations:
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Bartender to ensure smooth kitchen and bar operations.
- Clear understand of the intricacies of menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen workflow.
- Clear understanding of the creation and execution of specialty cocktail programs, ensuring high-quality and innovative beverages.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain all necessary permits and licenses for the restaurant and bar operations.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business Management preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant and nightlife management.
- Strong knowledge of front and back-of-house operations, including food, beverage, labor management, inventory, and food safety.
- Excellent communication, strong multi-tasking and effective leadership acumen.
- Skilled with budgeting and payroll administration.
