Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure resident/customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward residents/customers at all times.

Responding promptly to resident/customer inquiries.

Acknowledging and resolving resident/customer complaints.

Keeping records of resident/customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1 year in a customer support role

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Property management experience preferred

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
