Overview:
As the Training and Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our team members deliver exceptional service to our guests, thereby contributing to the overall success and reputation of our establishment. $75,000
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for both new hires and existing employees.

Drive the new hire orientation program to begin the engagement process with our newest team members.

Utilize a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training, role-playing, and e-learning platforms, to accommodate different learning styles.

Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Design comprehensive training programs tailored to various departments within the hospitality environment, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.

Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of hospitality operations, guest service standards, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training software/tools.

Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
