The Data Analyst I position leverages strong Excel and data skills to analyze client information for conformity with regulatory requirements under the Affordable Care Act. In this role, the Data Analyst I is responsible for communicating with clients, the results of data analysis and any related findings. The Data Analyst I will also be responsible for meeting the needs of clients, answering technical questions and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:

Proven experience as a successful Data Analyst or similar role.

1-3 years of experience working in the fields of employee benefits or compliance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

Office Location: Virtual position, no physical office
Hours: Regular hours of business operation are Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; however, schedule may vary based on the needs of the business and/or the needs of our customers. Some overtime is required during high volume periods.

Starting Compensation: $22an hour
