For the right candidate, compensation and benefits will be equal to or higher than the candidate's current compensation. The salary and bonus range is between $50k and $80k, depending on experience.

Qualifications to join Quince Riverside:
- >2 years of being a manager in a high-volume (>5m) upscale-casual restaurant
- Creativity and interest in training to be the best
- Interest and ability to build client relationships
- Interest in being a supportive and productive teammate
- A positive and detailed approach to business and life.
- Knowledge and ability to teach how to sell great products
- Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume moving restaurants
- Knows what it takes to run and or be part of a great, efficient, and profitable restaurant and would be committed to helping make this happen.
- Can work at a high energy level in a fast-paced working environment.
- Honesty, accountability, and integrity are a must.
- Comfortable using new technology to run an efficient restaurant
- Skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinker with an understanding of efficiency and processes
- Ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, inventory, pricing, sales, profits, and safety
- Extensive analytical experience with knowledge of spreadsheets, POS, and inventory management systems
- A leader and promoter of a fun and safe environment for customers and employees
