Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
Who Are We?
Aspire Learning Center is an integrated ABA program that provides a unique opportunity for neurodivergent and neurotypical children to learn and grow alongside each other. During our Early Childhood Program we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children from 18 months – 7 years old. During our Afternoon or “after school” program, we provide services to children up to 15 years of age.
What Will I Do as a Speech Language Pathologist?
You will be responsible for assessment and treatment of individuals diagnosed with communication disorders. Clinical responsibilities will include evaluation, diagnosis and individualized treatment for a variety of communication disorders.
You will see clients who are attending our Early Childhood program, Afternoon program, or come into the center specifically for Speech and Language services. For clients enrolled in our ABA program, you will be supported by Board Certified Behavior Analysis, Behavior Technicians, and certified Teachers.
Other responsibilities include:
- Complete comprehensive and standardized Speech/Language evaluations with diagnostic information included
- Complete comprehensive and standardized Feeding/Swallowing evaluations with diagnostic information included
- Create individualized treatment goals/objectives and data collection systems
- Provide consultation to and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team (e.g., BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, Teachers)
- Provide parent and caregiver training on strategies for generalization into the home and community settings
- Stay current with the most recent research/practice in Speech Language Pathology

What Does Onboarding and Training Look Like?
The first two weeks of your time at Aspire Learning Center will be spent in Onboarding and Training to help you feel equipped to confidently practice. Training will occur across various modes such as lecture, live and video models, roleplays, and on-the-floor client trainings. You will learn about Applied Behavior Analysis, policies, procedures, and the resources available to help you setup successful therapy sessions.
Am I Qualified?
- Education/Training: A Master’s degree is required
- Certification by the American Speech and Hearing Association is required (CCC-SLP)
- Licensed by the State of Massachusetts as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
