Responsibilities and Goals:
- Must maintain a minimum of 2-3 hours on the phone each day speaking to potential students about LMEG's online, blended and onsite programs.

Maintain a high level of customer service and student retention.

Continually meet or exceed performance expectations.

Reach out to hundreds of prospective students daily.

Assist potential students in determining their fit and eligibility into our programs.

Must be willing to visit with and present to local school counselors and administrators to explain LMEG's programs and gain referrals.

Maintain a database of potential students and provide status reports to supervisor.

Understands and learns all software programs/systems to effectively assist students.

Works well in a team environment.

Attends and participates in staff meeting, professional development and training meetings and serves on committees as directed.

At least six months of related experience (Call Center, In/Out Bound, Customer Service) preferred.

One to three years' experience serving students in education industry preferred.

Passion for education and assisting others in realizing their educational goals.

Basic Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media knowledge required.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to listen, understand and overcome obstacles.

Enjoys a fast paced dynamic work environment.

Capable of spending four or more hours on the phone assisting students.

Must have a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
