Must be able to:
-work in a fast-pace environment
-maintain prep for your station
-maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including prep and dish areas
-follow safe and sanitary practices in accordance with all local and state health guidelines
-perform other duties as required by kitchen management
-experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate
