Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the development of infants in a daycare setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants while promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Plan and conduct activities that stimulate infants' physical, mental, and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all children.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily teaching strategies.
- Monitor and assess each infant's development and adjust teaching methods accordingly to meet individual needs.
- Adhere to all licensing requirements and regulations related to childcare and early childhood education.
