Junior Project Coordinator, Commercial
The Junior Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in owning key phases of the Arteriors Brand Ambassadors’ projects. This position is ideally suited for a proactive and customer-oriented individual with a passion for project management. It offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the Projects Team and its operations.
Working closely with Project Coordinators, the Junior Project Coordinator assists all team members with various tasks such as quote/order entry, and claims support and resolution. This role provides comprehensive support to the Commercial and International businesses, contributing to its overall success.
Junior Project Coordinators utilize a variety of resources and information to assist Designers, Purchasers, and Brand Ambassadors in a courteous and professional manner that supports Arteriors brand standards and the goal of providing world-class service.

Responsibilities

Provide claims support and resolution for all Commercial projects, across the entire Arteriors Brand Ambassador population.

Produce formal and informal quotes on behalf of the Brand Ambassador’s assigned Project Coordinator.

Assist with the coordination of Commercial projects from quote to order in the absence of an assigned Project Coordinator.

Work directly with product development and provide project details to Brand Ambassadors resulting in strong industry partners and clients.

Communicate and work with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Utilize project management tools to ensure project schedules and timelines are met.

Demonstrate solution selling at the highest level to ensure project completion with client satisfaction.

Ensure data accuracy through systems and project-related communications.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with Brand Ambassadors and always present a unified front to clients.

Accurately document customer interaction details with limited errors.

Maintain an elevated customer conversation and exhibit genuine empathy when appropriate; retain and convey quality knowledge and benefits of Arteriors.
