Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and established relationships with major national retailers across the country, including but not limited to Macy's, Target, T.J. Maxx, Ross Stores, Dillard's, Fashion Nova and many others . The candidate must have a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with buyers and key customers in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets .
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure maximum performance.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with major national retailers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure placement and increase sales.
- Collaborate with management, production team, and merchandising team to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and product opportunities to increase sales.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and establish partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with major national retailers.
- Strong network and established relationships with buyers and key customers in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
