Responsibilities
Job Specific Details: The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
The primary focus of this position is to ensure the optimal performance of the clinics, with emphasis in customer service, continued quality control and improvement, and strict adherence to established OHS procedures and programmatic requirements. The Chief Clinical Officer shall be knowledgeable of all aspects of the Occupational Health Services program and the goal and objectives of the clinics. The Chief Clinical Officer shall ensure clinics are staffed with qualified personnel, capable of meeting the various challenges of the FDA environment. Through training, continuing education and development of short-term and long-term strategic plans, Personnel Development and Program Improvement, the Chief Clinical Officer plays a pivotal role in the success of the program and the provision of the highest level of serves. May be required to backfill nurse, should there be a shortage of staff.
