As a dispatcher at Hermes Worldwide, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they expect. We're seeking a detail-oriented dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and shares our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a dynamic transportation dispatch board with precision and efficiency.

Allocate work to chauffeurs fairly, considering availability and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Monitor trip activity closely, maintaining clear communication with clients and chauffeurs as needed.

Coordinate with partners and affiliates to ensure seamless coverage when necessary.

Navigate dispatching across different cities, states, and time zones with ease.

Foster positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Provide support with reservations and scheduling as required.

On-site dispatcher Mon - Fri (1:30 pm to 10:00 pm)

Requirements:
Qualified Dispatcher candidates will have:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in dispatch or logistics.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Creative problem-solving skills to address trip coverage challenges.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Ability to work 2nd shift Monday through Friday from 1:30 to 10:00 pm.
