Sales Support Assistant
Pay Range: $50,000 - $55,000 / year DOE
Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date information on open slots and active interviews

Manage a large volume of communications across a high volume of slack channels

Conduct feedback calls, send interview invites, and aid in candidate submissions

Manage interview logistics, including conflict resolution and call scheduling
-
Confirm interviews, manage job openings, and assist with candidate processes

Coordinate interview times across time zones, especially with East Coast schedules
-
Send professional thank-you notes and references
-
Initiate and monitor reference and background checks, providing daily updates to Account Managers
-
Maintain prompt communication via text, email, and phone, supporting reference checks and sales
-
Keep office organized, handle errands, and provide general support

Follow up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and service excellence

Quickly prepare and dispatch contracts for a streamlined onboarding

Accurately maintain client and candidate interaction records/notes in the system
Requirements:
-
1+ year of experience with sales professionals or related industry recent college graduates are encouraged to apply

Interest or previous experience in recruiting or sales support is preferred

Bachelor s degree is highly preferred

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success

Someone who is savvy and performs best when thinking on his/her feet

Tech-savvy, with experience in general CRM

Proficiency in Quickbooks and Salesforce is preferred
