We are looking for a qualified mature candidtate to lead and supervise a team of MA's to ensure efficient clinic operation.
Objective:
- Greet and register patients and handle front office administrative tasks and assist providers in back office, patient care.
- Oversee and manage clinical flow, the interaction of all clinical staff,and all daily functions.
- Ensure all MAs provide quality medical treatment.
- Ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions.
- Supervise and ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures and state and federal rules and regulations.
- Monitor clinic activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of facility through use of clinic staff and other support staff.
Reports to: Center Administrator / Physician on Duty
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
- Assist in patient care including
- Escort patient to room
- Take vital signs
- Document patient data
- Assist provider
- Discharge patients from room with instructions - Clean room
- Ensure patient flow is speedy and organized
- Inventory supplies, replenish supplies when received
- Assist in maintaining equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of patient waiting area and front office area
- Greet and register patients
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Minimum of 5 year experience as a medical assistant
- Associates Degree/Certification preferred or cumulative experience
- Professional appearance
- Team player who is equally comfortable working independently
- Warm, friendly attitude with excellent patient interaction skills
- Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, pos- sesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
