We’re experiencing sustained growth, so we’re rethinking how we meet increasing demand. Our jobs are becoming more specialized; the position of Assistant Store Manager is new.
The Assistant Store Manager will be working alongside the Business Owner, who is
hands-on and involved in sales and daily operations.
The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-centric and capable of multi-tasking.
Responsibilities include: Sales, customer service, order management, inventory control and equipment maintenance.
Required skills include: Exceptional verbal and written communication, successful inside sales experience, proficiency with computers and business apps (point-of-sale, email, word processing and spreadsheets)--and the ability to lift products weighing 10 to 50 lbs.

The ASM must be a people person, with exceptional communication skills and a
professional attitude and appearance. The ASM must be comfortable stepping into new situations and taking charge.

showroom.

The priorities of the Assistant Store Manager include:
- Store opening and closing (5 days/week, may include some Saturdays in the future)
- Communicating with customers by phone, email and in-person
- Setting up quotes, orders and invoices
- Tinting paint and wood finish orders
- Inventory control and order management
- Performing daily maintenance on the tinting equipment (10-15 minutes/day)
- Shipping and receiving
- Other duties and responsibilities, as needed
Required Skills of the Assistant Store Manager include:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated successful inside sales experience
- Proficiency with computers and apps, including point-of-sale, email, word processing and spreadsheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
