Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on delivering quality products that conform to applicable requirements
- Utilize appropriate methods and equipment to inspect,test, sample, or measure in-process materials and products to confirm specifications, and approve conforming products/materials
- For nonconforming or unacceptable products and materials,reject and return to Production for rework, communicate required disposition to Production, and confirm the rework
- Document inspection results by completing reports,checklists, NCRs, etc.
- Ensure all NCRs are properly entered into system and track them through completion
- Recommend new processes where needed for quality improvement, cost reduction and on-time delivery of finished projects
- Inform QCL, QAM, Production, and other relevant parties such as Sales, Purchasing, Drafting, etc. of developments that might delay orders, as they relate to quality issues
- Assist with preparation/organization of documentation for and participate in quality audits, including but not limited to UL, ISO 9001, and customer audits
- Assist in development of relevant quality control policies, procedures, work instructions, metrics, and reports that maintain or increase customer satisfaction
- Must be capable of responding to emergencies promptly and capable of organizing and leading corrective action steps
- Perform Ad Hoc duties as required by management

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
