POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and work in the daily operations overseeing and supervising systems and processes
- Lead, motivate, and build relationships with team members through cultivating a culture of care with a focus on developing and training
- Prioritize food safety, quality, and other key areas to ensure compliance and to create and maintain a remarkable guest experience
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Associate's/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years leadership/management experience
- Optimistic and engaging; excited about the vision/future growth of the company
- Demonstrates humility and servant leadership mentality; willing to get your hands dirty
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Compensation: $65-75K
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Negotiable, starts at 40 hours, increases 40 hours/year up to 5 weeks PTO.
