Support Broker Services, LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Supportive Home Care Worker to provide essential care and support to a man with a severe seizure disorder and challenging behaviors. This position requires experience working with individuals with complex medical needs and behavioral challenges. Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.
Responsibilities:

Assist the individual with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and mobility

Monitor and manage the individual's seizure disorder, including administering medications as prescribed

Implement behavior management strategies to support the individual in managing challenging behaviors

Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for the individual
Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with severe seizure disorders and challenging behaviors

Certification as a CNA or CBRF is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations

Compassion, patience, and empathy towards individuals with complex medical and behavioral needs
Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Pay Range: $17.50 to $21.00 per hour
