Responsibilities:
Development business in the Senior Care Digital Health market, including
opportunities in the market of PERS (Personal Emergency Response System),
RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring), nursing homes, assisted living and
independent living facilities for senior people.
Initiate, Conduct, and Manage the sales activities relevant to the above business
development goal
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in the sales, business development, or marketing, in
networking or IoT-related industries.
Minimum 3~5 years of experience in the medical device industry, as sales to
nursing homes, assisted living, or independent living facilities for senior people,
or in the PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) industry.
Familiar with the medical sales channels and system integrators for the above
senior living facilities
Familiar with the industry associations and organizations, such as LeadingAge,
AARP, or MAMA (Medical Alarm Monitoring Association)…etc.
Familiar with the Operation, Management, or System Integrators for Senior Care
Facilities – nursing homes, and assisted or independent living facilities.
MUST demonstrate network and connection in the above-mentioned industries
and markets.
MUST have Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
MUST be able to conduct calls and meetings with US and Asia Time Zones.
Technically savvy and curious to learn new technologies
Strong problem-solving and personal skills
Strong Action-oriented personality
