Role
As a Branch Manager (also known as Operations Manager, Branch Supervisor), you'll oversee all daily operations including sales, shipping, receiving, billing, and manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include setting annual budgets, maintaining staff levels, providing training, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving service quality. You'll also work closely with the Purchasing department to maintain inventory levels and develop departmental procedures to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet customer expectations and company policies.

Qualifications
- Post-Secondary degree and five years of relevant management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and excellent math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general business computer software.
- Experience in the aluminum, fence, shutter industry and familiarity with Netsuite ERP system is preferred.
- Experience with lean methodologies is a plus.
