Job description:
Perform Customer Service Coordinator duties as Meter Engineers front line support to our customers and sales team. This role will require attention to detail assisting with customer order entry and customer service activities with the ability to greet walk in customers, answer multi-line phones, be successful in handling customer issues, and experience communicating with our staff in a service oriented industry. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Should be a detailed-oriented self-starter.
- Duties include purchase order review, order entry, resolving customer hold issues and expediting customer orders.
- Must have exceptional customer service and strong phone etiquette.
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in typing.
- Provide customer communication including pricing, delivery issues, warranty repair, charge repair, receiving issues, and delivery dates via telephone and email.
- Act as the primary interface between foreign and domestic customers, MEI Sales, Engineering, and Shipping departments.
- Ensure work progresses at a pace to meet customer and MEI shipping goals and turn time requirements.
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook) and ability to learn ERP system, customer portals as required to manage purchase orders, receipt of new orders, changes to current order and provide scheduling information.
- Provide status reports to customer either via telephone, or email to resolve customer issues.
- Work with customer purchase orders, shipping instructions and other customer supplied documentation.
- This role requires assistance to customers with order entry, answering questions, and help resolve any complaints. Additionally, this role will provide internal customer service to our sales force.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
