GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Under the direction of the Lead Concession Worker, is responsible for the preparation and serving of the food and beverage offered at the Concession Stand.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Know the products available for sale.
2. Know how to operate the equipment on hand.
3. Take and serve orders according to specifications courteously and efficiently.
4. Take daily inventory, provide the following day’s pantry employee with the daily inventory.
5. Responsible for the cleanliness of all equipment, utensils and work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of the fryers.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING
Must possess excellent customer service skills and be familiar with the restaurant functions and duties that are required.
ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Must be approved for and maintain a valid Video Lottery Gaming Service Employee license issued by the New York State Gaming Commission.
