As an Environmental Services Technician, you will
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Oversee proper hazard waste disposal.
- Assist both the community operations and residents with moving furniture, equipment, etc.
- Fulfill work orders for minor building and equipment repairs.
- Perform incidental housekeeping and maintenance tasks in order to maintain a clean, safe, pleasant environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, prior general maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting, availability to respond to emergencies in the community, and willingness to participate in the on-call rotation.
