We are a dentist recruiting firm working with a premier practices in the area, that is seeking a dentist. These office is privately owned by 1 dentist and has excellent online reviews.
The office is seeking a general dentist to do bread and butter restorative dentistry. If he or she can do more advanced procedures, that is a plus but not required. They are seeking a dentist to work between 3 and 5 days per week, depending on their preference. No nights and no weekends are needed.
They have an excellent team that works very well together. The dentist can also offer excellent mentoring if needed or collaboration.
They are offering a very competitive daily rate and an extremely competitive % of collections. An experienced full time dentist could expect to earn between 250K and 350K depending on their skill set. A new grad a little less of course, until they ramp up and feel comfortable.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatrics.
- Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions.
- Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
- Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or other dental software systems.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs.
Skills:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar systems.
- Strong knowledge and experience in pediatric dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality dental care.
