We are looking to hire a professional, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, quick-thinking individual who is good at communicating, prioritizing and multi-tasking to serve as our CEO's executive assistant as well as assist with daily operations.
Some responsibilities include:
- Managing CEO’s calendar and appointments
- Formatting information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Facilitating cross-channel communication from customers and employees
- Making sure the CEO is prepared and set up for online lectures, webinars and assisting with facebook lives.
- Helping to respond to emails and messages, and screen/ direct phone calls
- Organize meetings and conferences.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with operational tasks as needed.
Some necessary skills include:
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- CRM Experience is a bonus
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Our office is based out of Center City, Philadelphia and applicant must have access to transportation to come to work in person
