Job Description:
As an Audit Manager at ARG Global Protection LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the profitability and operational excellence of our clients in the dedicated truckload business line. You will report directly to the Director of Auditing Operations and be responsible for building and managing audit teams, overseeing their progress, liaising with clients on operational matters, and participating in pilot revenue audits for new clients. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional profit protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Team Leadership: Build and manage audit teams within the dedicated truckload business line, ensuring they are well-organized, motivated, and aligned with company goals.
● Team Oversight: Monitor team progress, provide guidance and support, and ensure audit projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
● Client Communication: Liaise with clients to address operational matters, gather necessary information, and maintain strong client relationships.
● Pilot Revenue Audits: Lead and participate in pilot revenue audits for new clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of our profit protection solutions.
Qualifications:
● Team Leadership: Proven experience in team lead roles, with a track record of motivating and managing teams effectively.
● Dedicated Truckload Knowledge: Comprehensive proficiency in dedicated truckload billing and invoicing, preferably having experience with a major dedicated truckload or freight brokerage provider.
● Dedicated Truckload Processes: Thorough understanding of the end-to-end process of dedicated truckload, including documentation, booking, transportation, cargo handling, and delivery.
● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify revenue leakage and develop effective solutions.
● Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in audit processes.
● Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and data analysis tools used in revenue auditing.
Salary and Incentives:
This role begins as a consulting, interim, or part-time position with the potential to evolve into a full-time hire. We offer a competitive salary package with attractive incentives and significant upside potential based on performance.
