We are looking for a Sales Order Entry Specialist to support our Modern Infrastructure Department.
Summary:
The Order Entry Specialist’s duties include receiving customer purchase orders and typing in the order data into a Sales Order Management system. Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive Purchase Orders from customers receive by email, fax, and mail.
- Enter Sales Orders into an Order Management System by typing. in the data on the Purchase Order quickly and without mistakes.
- Update existing Sales Orders.
- Follow account-specific rules while entering Sales Orders.
- Interact with Sales Reps and Sales Managers.
- Perform additional work-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or higher education preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) of programs required.
