We’re currently searching for an experienced business development manager who can partner with multiple departments, focusing on financial institutions to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Utilize project management skills to oversee the implementation of business development initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure new business partnerships
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for expansion
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective customer relationship management practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set and achieve ambitious targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Proficiency in project management techniques and tools
- Familiarity with software applications used in business development processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
