Typical Responsibilities:
- Review of service process and procedure compliance
- Review Service Tickets, compile data, provide coaching to individuals
- Daily Client Follow Up Calls
- Compile, review, and communicate weekly team scorecards
- Help promote collaboration within immediate team and between other departments
- Misc tasks to improve efficiencies in the service department
- Assist Service Coordinator with overflow calls / ticket handling
- Service Review Follow up calls with clients
- Misc Tasks to improve service department efficiencies and projects
Required Skills:
- Ability to stay organized and follow through to completion, with a high level of accuracy
- A willingness and ability to learn new applications and skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Also, the ideal candidate will not settle for the status quo. After learning how we operate, this person should challenge us to find new and effective ways of serving our clients and team, and be willing to help implement those ideas.
Preferred Experience:
- 2-5+ years of experience of Office Administration/Management
