Boutique business law firm with great, mutually supportive team seeks office manager with financial management and bookkeeping experience. Experience in QuickBooks desktop, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial management (including budgeting, projections, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting) all required. Excellent with basic math, bookkeeping, and accounting. Experience with legal billing a plus. Basic typing and computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe skills. Responsible for maintaining office, including supplies, physical and digital files, and otherwise. Able to communicate well via phone and email and provide excellent customer service.

Part-time (15 - 25 hrs./week, as needed)
Essential Functions:
- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks desktop and ability to translate to and work with Excel;
- Financial management, including budgeting, projections, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting;
- Billing and accounts receivable;
- Accounts payable;
- Vendor purchases and relationships;
- Maintaining office, including supplies, managing physical and digital files, and other office needs;
- Coordinating with team;
- Independent, timely self-management of responsibilities;
- Available part time in coordination with firm;
- Consistent, predictable, and dependable;
- Ability to work in office.
Physical Considerations:
This is an in-office position in a location with one long flight of stairs and no elevator. In-office water supplied via water cooler. Office manager must be able to lift/change water bottle on/off cooler.
Compensation:
$27.00/hr. Annual bonuses potentially awarded based on firm performance.
