Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Department: Administration
Summary: Serves as the first impression, and greets, welcomes, and directs our visitors appropriately, notifies company notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system, transfers calls to appropriate recipient
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Key Holder; Arrive on time to open office doors,
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner, forward calls to appropriate voicemails or write handwritten or email messages as required,
- Manage the phone and reception area while keeping a professional and pleasant environment,
- Greet guests in a polite, friendly, helpful, professional manner,
- Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company locations, company fax number, company website and other related information,
- Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail,
- Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing,
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations,
- Must be available Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm,
- Order supplies, and
- Assist with other administrative responsibilities, as needed.
- Works off of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.*
- Other tasks as assigned.

a) Excellent telephone skills handling heavy volume multi-line phone,

Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures. Ability to write business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software such as Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, internet software, and Microsoft Outlook.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
