Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the property
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain organized and accurate files, including lease agreements, tenant information, and maintenance records
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and rent collection
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and property records
- Assist in coordinating property showings for potential tenants
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud based programs
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Familiarity with facilities management and maintenance coordination
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
