The Children's Therapy Center of the Quad Cities has been providing exceptional personalized, client-centered therapy services to kids throughout eastern Iowa and western Illinois for over 70 years! We have a talented, multi-disciplinary team and we're looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and engaging pediatric Occupational Therapist to join us in helping our kids achieve their highest level of independence!

We have a diverse client base and you will be working with a variety of children--including those with Sensory Processing Disorder, ASD, ADHD, motor coordination difficulties and other developmental and learning difficulties.

Responsibilities:
*Treat all CTC team members, vendors and community partners with kindness and respect
*Complete comprehensive evaluation regarding child's current functional status using standardized testing, clinical observation and family input
*Develop and implement individualized plan of care that best meets the needs of the child--including the modification of treatment plans as needed
*Address goals and provide treatment in a way that supports sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, self-help, fine and gross motor skills, play and behavioral development
*Adhere to frequency, duration and appropriate treatment guidelines in accordance with established standards of care, policies, procedures and state/federal law
*Complete all documentation according to Children's Therapy Center, AOTA and third-party regulatory standards
*Work with Director of Billing & Scheduling to provide necessary health information to insurance providers to secure medically necessary services
*Participate in fundraising events, community education and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
*A Master's Degree from an AOTA approved occupational therapy program
*Current Illinois Occupational Therapy license
*Current Iowa Occupational Therapy license (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
*Experience in pediatric occupational therapy setting
*Sensory integration experience
*Exceptional written and oral communication skills
*Excellent time management skills
*Flexible/adaptable personality
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
