Company Overview:Fig Farms is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and help us achieve our strategic objectives.Position Overview:As the Marketing Director at Fig Farms, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, promote our products, and engage with our target audience. You will lead creative strategy, overseeing the prioritization and assignment of all creative requests, and ensuring we deliver a consistent brand experience. To succeed in this role, you must be organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities:
- Website Redesign: Lead the redesign and optimization of our company website to ensure a user-friendly experience and alignment with our brand identity and values.
- Social Media Campaigns: Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms to increase our online presence, drive traffic to our website, and foster community engagement.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility through innovative marketing initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations within the cannabis industry.
- New Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches, including developing marketing materials, creating buzz, and driving sales.
- Event Marketing: Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows for participation and sponsorship. Develop strategies to maximize our presence at these events and create excitement and buzz around our participation.
- Visionary Leadership: Create and communicate a compelling vision for our brand that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart from competitors. Lead the development of marketing plans and strategies aligned with this vision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in the cannabis industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and inspire others to action.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Pay: $74,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
