We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our growing team in our Philadelphia office.
The Operation Assistant will help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Processing and distributing of mail and other communications in a timely manner.

Creation and updating of records while ensuring accuracy of information

Daily support tasks to assist lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants, financial team members, and administration

Various legal admin projects

Reception duties
Requirements:
- Experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
