Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle various tasks efficiently.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain schedules
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups
- Conduct clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Support office management duties as needed
- Assist with personal and on site organizing tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Detail-oriented with exceptional proofreading skills
- Prior experience in calendar management is a plus
