Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information into the system
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and Spanish
- Comfortable making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
