Job Title: Human Resource Generalist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.
Some Duties Include:
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies accordingly
- Provide guidance and support on various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition
- Oversee and safety policies and programs to drive engagement and a culture of safety first.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Drive HR sourcing activities to attract top talent and support talent management efforts
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication
- Collaborate well with other functions
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or at least 5 years of experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience managing workers compensation
