Atlantic Computer Services is seeking a well rounded individual to support our medical clinics with hardware/software installation support and troubleshooting, help desk level 1 and level 2 after trainins, level 1 network support. The qualified candidate will have 4+ years overall experience in computer and network support, as well as a strong working knowledge of computer system configuration, installation, and troubleshooting. Reliable transportation, and good driving record is a must. Service desk will include primarily working on issues called in by end users from our 30+ locations in and around St. Louis. You need to be familiar with multiple technologies including, Remote control software, Remote monitoring platform and IT ticketing and tracking system. Onsite local travel portion will consist of driving to client clinics for break fix and troubleshooting issues that cannot be resolved remotely, as well as new hardware installations.

Patient, polite and well spoken qualities are a must as direct client interaction is a large portion of this job.
Knowledge of Computer and internet technologies.
Understanding and experience of Windows Active Directory, software deployment.
Understanding general computer networks, router and firewall functions general knowledge.
Desktop support skills including the ability to support Office 365 and Outlook
Understanding of basic computer backup software and system cloning.
Well organized, Solid technical communication skills, Ability to follow directions from tier 2, 3 support staff.
Quickly learning new processes, being a team player, and taking ownership of local assigned IT projects, as well as contribute to a team of IT support specialist.
Having two or more years experience in an IT environment. Minimum Associates degree or equivalent experience or related IT certifications .
Every 6th week expect to be on-call for after hours/weekend support calls.
The position requires a strong self-starter as well as someone able to identify and request the additional help when needed.
