Customer Service Associates are responsible for processing in-bound calls with third party client displaying great customer service skills to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. The CSA manages calls for a Third-Party Claims Administrator. Our Customer Service Associates are enthusiastic and motivated. We are a team, working together in an organized and structured environment that thrives on employees who work with integrity, honesty, punctuality, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls from customers ranging from billing to technical support.
- Providing clear and accurate information using a multitude of resources
- Engaged with their PC throughout the duration of shift doing data entry, look-up and correspondence task
- Confidentiality and Compliance – working with PCI so required to maintain a paperless work space and treat customers information as if it was their own. They are required to follow scripts and processes to ensure compliance with local, state and federal wireless standards and requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required; 18 years or older
- 6 months - 1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experience

- Effective communication and literacy skills. Ability to read scripted responses naturally, with confidence and accuracy
