JOB SUMMARY : To provide ongoing support and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities in the day Program and to develop and implement developmental skills programs for participants. Skills training focuses on fostering people’s independence, self development, and self esteem in areas including personal care skills, community integration and relationship development, and independent living skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working with the DD population
- A college degree and/or a C.N.A. certification is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van required
- Crisis intervention training (i.e. PAC) is favorable
- CPR, First Aid and MAP certificates preferred

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
