Job Description:
The Junior Graphic Designer provides a wide variety of marketing and graphic design support for Mid-America both internally and externally Candidate must possess effective written, verbal and presentation skills as he/she will be regularly interacting with partners/upper management and external clients. Candidate must be confident, organized, innovative, detail-oriented and a capable communicator and problem solver. This position is on-site in the Oakbrook Terrace office.
Responsibilities:

Support Senior Graphic Designer and other marketing personnel, which includes participating in team meetings, time tracking based on the project and brokerage team, communicating regularly with the team and sharing work across offices as needed.

Implement design modifications by working with the team to incorporate feedback and meet requirements.

Design and produce leasing flyers, eblasts, brochures, pitch materials, website and social media graphics, infographics, logos, signage, memoranda, letters, proposals, graphs, charts, tables and other marketing materials (utilizing Adobe Creative Suite).

Design and schedule marketing emails, ensuring adherence to the organized email marketing schedule. Manage various email marketing campaigns simultaneously.

Produce custom materials on an as-needed basis.

Produce and edit aerials, floor plans, photos and renderings.
Desired Skills & Experience:

Graphic Design, Marketing or Public Relations Degree

Experience in executing email marketing campaigns and analyzing analytics to enhance engagement.

Skilled in photography and photo editing, including composite rendering.

Proficient Adobe Create Suite knowledge – InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Illustrator

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of WordPress

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
Requirements

Two years of experience in creating, editing and promoting written and visual content.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and Photoshop)
