**Duties**

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office operations, including but not limited to:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including vendors

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve office efficiency and productivity. Build office system and project tracking from scratch.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including financial and HR data.

- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings, handling mail and deliveries, and ordering supplies.

- Ensure all office equipment and facilities are in good working order, and address any maintenance issues promptly.

- Assist with budgeting and financial management, ensuring that office expenses are tracked and controlled.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring that all contracts and agreements are in place and up-to-date.

- Provide support to the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.

- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as answering phones, managing the office calendar, and preparing reports and presentations.

**Skills**

- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role.

- Strong background in administrative tasks, including clerical and office management.

- Experience with scheduling management and vendor management.

- Knowledge in Quickbooks Online, Excel

- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and phone systems.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
